I have a set of ZE coils here wich I would like tested to make sure they are ok before I try and use them! Is there anyway I can test them?

it is possible but much eaiser on a car. you would need.
1 a battery
2 some wires to connect parts together
3 a spare dizzy(this is to trigger the coil, you cannot trigger it on and off by hand ause you cant do it as fast as a dizzy can) You can get away with a points dizzy but an electronic would be better for testing the coils.
4. HT lead
5. Spart tester, a sealed tester is best as the gap the spark jumps is under pressure like it is inside an engine.
6 The coils of cause.
Join them all up and spin the dizzy to see if it fire the spark tester.
Or you could just put your ohm meter on them, inspect for any phisical damage and they should be right.

Just use a meter, it will usually tell you if they are fine.
Accross the primary you should have 0.6 > couple of ohms.
Across the seconday you should have many k ohms.
If either are open circuit the coil is stuffed, junk it.

90 Meg seems a bit high, they might be dodgy!
Anyone got a resistance reading on some 7mgte or 4AGZE coils on the secondary side?

They might not of been 90meg ohms but I think it was more than 20meg! But I cant be sure!
