sprinter and celica manuals Tue, 29 April 2003 22:05 Go to next message
Hi guys-

I have two new Toyota manuals in AS NEW condition.

One is for the sprinter (body and chassis)

One is for the celica/carina-RA-6X (body and chassis)(1981 or so from memory)

What are they worth to people? We'll have a bit of an auction I reckon. I'll stop the bidding on friday 16th of may at midnight (it'll show on the posts)-the two week window is so nobody who doesn't log on all that often misses out (assuming that is that someone out there actually wants them...)

Reserve is $20 each.

If you live interstate, either we do a COD paid for by the purchaser, or you sen me a postal order with your name and address and I then post it out (cheaper than the COD-I am trust worthy so don't worry about being ripped off)

Take it easy

Sean

Do you have any pictures of the Celica manual?

Does it contain engine specs and wireing diagrams?

The manuals have chassis and body-ie trans brakes, body, diff, interior etc. NOT engine though. There are full fold-out wiring diagrams in the back of the manuals. Haven't got any pictures at the moment though. They are the factory toyota manuals (ie same as all toyota manuals) about 200 pages thick, soft textured shiny covers, large vertical stripes on the front with the model and year. I'll post some year model details as written in the manuals tomorrow. (they are at home-no net there-only when I'm at work)

Manual details Mon, 05 May 2003 00:27 Go to previous messageGo to next message
For the guys who were after some detail on the manuals

Celica, applicable models RA60, 61, 63
1981 edition

Sprinter, applicable models-AE86 series

Has everything except the engine-ie body, electrics, manual and auto g/box, brakes etc.-but not the motor.

There's not a tidal wave of responses, so Jaz-you can come and have a look/pick up the manual tonight if you like-as for the celica manual it's on the market so the first in will get it.

my number is 0438803567 an I'm in blackwood (adelaide)

postage would be about 5 or so I reckon mate.

Note though that the manual says up to RA63-but not RA65 as I think you want.

If you send down 25 I'll just wear the postage on the manual though.

The body of the SA63,RA60, RA65 are pretty much the same, so it could be useful still. You said it has some wiring diagrams.

Do you know if it what engine the wiring diagram is for?

I think the SA63 came with a 22R-E, some one correct me if I am wrong. This is the factory manual right? it has all the specs of bolts and exploding diagrams.
