G'day all.

I've just put some cams and adjustable cam sprokets in my 4AGE but as the instructions are in Japanese and I cannot be bothered translating them (I really used to read Japanese!), can anyone out there tell me how to set the valve timing?

Currently the timing is set as specified in the Toyota manual for the standard cams. ie. 13 teeth between the tops of the wheels, ignition at 10%.

I've found out that the designed valve timing for the cams is 112 deg intake and 116 deg exhaust.

Cam gears are HKS adjustable thingys.

Any help would be appreciated.
