hey all i got a 91 celica SX. wat are the best options. would it be easier (and cheaper) to turbo the existing engine or source a GT4 turbo engine and drop that in??
wat sorta cost would i be lookin at to get the whole conversion done (including the cost of the motor) cuase from wat ive read quite a few people are doing this
Ive done the GT4 engine swap into a 90 Celica. It it definetly the best option to take. You can do the swap for under 3k if you can do it yourself. To turbo the 5SFE and make the engine as strong as the 3S, it would cost around 2-3 times the price.
thanks celica. so wats involved with doin it. i THINK i could manage most of it myself with a bit of family help. where did u source the engine from. and also is it best to just get an entire front cut or wat??
