Hey all, just trying to sell my dad's trailer. It's a Dean tilting equipment trailer. It's got electric brakes and a single axle. Bed dimension are 2030mm width and 3450mm length. It's in very good condition and registered until late feb 2004.
asking $2700
Piccie will be available when I work out how to use the digital camera!
The GVM is 1500kg so I'd say about a ton. To operate the electric brakes you need to have a electronic brake controller fitted to your car, they are about $300 and can be found at any place that fits towbars. They work on sending an impulse to the brakes on the trailer when you apply the brakes on the tow vehicle. You can set the sensitivity and delay with the controller. Most controller also have a manuel brake button also that allows you to apply the trailer brakes to stop those fatal swerves that they do sometimes.

just letting anyone know if they are interested in this trailer, that you can get the electric brake module for much cheaper than $300, when i was a auto elec, i installed a few of these into various cars, and they are deffinatly cheaper than that.
