ok does anyone know how to change valve springs without droping a valve into the cylinder? if the only option is to take the head off then i will go to pan B and get a head from a wreckers get it ported polished and everything done then just wap heads over,
A is a much cheaper option and gets me out of making myself spending heaps more money so can anyone help me?

Remove spark plugs. Turn crank so that cylinder you wish to work on is at top dead centre compression. Using your air compressor and spark plug fitting, pump cylinder full of compressed air. Using a top acting valve spring compressor, compress spring, remove collets, retainer and spring. For reassembly, reverse order. Repeat for subsequent cylinders.
I presume you are talking about your 18RC. Things like 7MGE/2JZGE have the valve springs located in a bore so it is impossible to change springs without taking the head off.

Make up a adapter to screw into the plug hole so you can connect a air hose to it then turn the motor to top dead center of the cylinder you are going to remove the springs on , turn the air on and with a spring compressor remove and replace the springs ( you can bye a cheap spring compressor for this purpose )But if it's a twin cam head you will have to make a tool to compress the springs .

another way to do it is to get rope and keep stuffing it into the spark plug hole until you can't push the valves in (at TDC of course, or just before TDC and then turn to TDC...
have done this to a datto L16 and my toyota K engine.... works well , just make sure the valves can't go in before you take off the springs...
