can any1 help me out here b4 i take my car to someone.
i have a 3tgteu turbo in my ta22
i noticed oil in the turbo piping when my blow off valve came off. the blow off valve itself was full of oil.... the oil has been leaking from the inlet manifold, then ran through my pipe. i first thought it was the turbo but im 100% that it has come from the manifold..
there is no oil in the air filter..no smoke blowing either..what could it be??? ur help & advice will be much appreciated.
Try an oil/air separator or a catch can (basically same thing)
Im pretty sure it would be the oil coming from your cam cover going into your inlet manifold via the PCV valve breather thing up the top
Not the best photo but look at the catch can on the left and follow the black hose around and it goes to the cam cover.. This would prevent any oil getting into your inlet. To make it legal all you have to do is run the return pipe to the inlet and wallah

thats if its oil surge thats the problem - clean out your plenum and take it for a *steady* drive - don't cane the shit out of it but at least get it on boost for a bit. then see if there is oil in the inlet/plenum -
otherwise your seals in your turbo might be the issue....what sorta condition is the turbo in?
