hey guys i got to send a spoiler (fibreglass) to melbourne from sydney i was just wondering do you guys know any cheap freight or courier companies and which is the best way to go as i don't usually do this.

Boarder express were pretty cheap. Sent a 30kg gearbox from Canberra to Sydney for $32 door to door.
