Yep, has been posted here before!
Not good if it's true!
Having said that, there are usually two sides to any story...
At the end of the day, the guy is getting his intended result - that is, the link keeps popping up on forums etc all over the place!

I stupidly bought Pedders shocks for all four corners of my car and the fronts are wooted already. They'd be lucky to have 10,000k's on them...

RVRolla - exactly the same thing has happened to me - 3 #$@!ing times !!!!!!!!!
Fronts keep chewing themselves out and leaking.
All at around 10,000kms.
Mechanic checks them every major service.
And every time the Pedders I went to stuffs me around when they are forced to replace them again.
But they won't give me money back so I can go to someone reputable.
They just keep replacing ghem under warrantee.
Of course I'm not compensated for time away from work or train tickets etc to get around while my car is at their shop.
1 more time and I go to consumer affairs.......
Next service is due soon

I didn't get Pedders to install them, should they take them off and put newys on for free anyhow? I hope so. Cause I want to take it back and whinge to them and get them to put it on their 'special' machine that tests if they are r00ted or not...
According to that website they are Monroe items, Monroe are good qual. aren't they?

RVRolla - I think the major problem is that they think we only need to use their stock MA70 supra items.
I think that the rates are wrong for the Soarer, even though they bolt up.
I'm certain that the Soarer has different spring rates than the Supra (different market niche) and that's why they chop out - but they are not willing to put in the work to match/make shocks that suit the springs. Not enough 20-series around to justify - so they will just keep putting in new Supra ones.
Get your's checked - I'd be interested in the result.
Mine just end up showing the leaking problem.
