is there any particular reason for no 2JZGTE cressidas apart from cost, are they very difficult or maybe illegal

Yeah Lucid is right there are at least 2 guys planning to do it.
I have spoken to one cressida owner who said depending the model you have to put a bulge into the bonnet to accomidate the extra height of the 2J over 1J. I don't know how true this is but this also could be a reason.

A mate of mine i know says in a couple of years he's gonna do a 2JZ in a cressida ...
But planning, starting, doing, and finishing are all different stages

Well,
I've bought the Car.....
I've bought the Front cut.....
I am just waiting to take the car off the road and get started on it. My Daily Driver needs a new gearbox - so it's delayed preceedings a bit...
They can be fitted Legally
They can fit (what don't fit, bash like shit)
They are a much more expensive excercise compared to a 1JZ or 1UZ
