Just no-one (well, no-one that i've heard of anyway) has gotten around to doing it yet.

I know of at least two people on these forums who have either started it or are planning it at the moment though. Cool

Yeah Lucid is right there are at least 2 guys planning to do it.

I have spoken to one cressida owner who said depending the model you have to put a bulge into the bonnet to accomidate the extra height of the 2J over 1J. I don't know how true this is but this also could be a reason.

Well,
I've bought the Car.....
I've bought the Front cut.....

I am just waiting to take the car off the road and get started on it. My Daily Driver needs a new gearbox - so it's delayed preceedings a bit...

They can be fitted Legally
They can fit (what don't fit, bash like shit)
They are a much more expensive excercise compared to a 1JZ or 1UZ

www.projectsleeper.com will have details once it gets underway in the mean time, pics are in my signature
