Does anyone actually know how much a 7MGTE weighs? It'd have to weigh more than a 5ME right?

Also, SupraGTE, what rims and tyres you have?

Trying to get a feel for how much weight my Supra is going to have to lose when I get stuck into it.

Mine weighed 1220kg with half a tank. It was on a truck scale though so I don't know how accurate that is...

Is that Leaded or Unleaded? You would think that leaded would be heavier than Unleaded Rolling Eyes

Does it really matter if its leaded or unleaded? Its only a guide to give to a rough indication.

ta22's were about 980kg from the factory with a small splash of fuel - Im guessing mine would be around the 1050kg mark without me in it of course and a full tank of jooce ..

Hmms - if i removed the steel rims in favour of alloys , removed the back seat , got rid of my tools, took out the spare tyre and threw out the dog - ( jokes ) how much do we think i could get it down to. Around the 950KG mark with driver or is that a tad optimistic ?

Any lightening tips , without removing the front seats and carpet would be noted for future quarter mile tests ..
