How do you get them to fit holden and ford? are they multifit rims?

the alloy csa rims are a five stud pattern that will fit holden/ford no worries.the steel rims with tyres are a 4 stud pattern which came off my toyota celica

as far as i know holden and ford have the same stud pattern, could be wrong though

i really dont think they are the same.....(i could be wrong)
holden are 4.75inch
ford, i dont know, but changed from the standard ford for the AU or newer..

Not sure about AU+ but the falcons before that were 5x114.3, and the holdens were different because I've got 4 steel rims that won't fit dad's falcon because they have the holden stud pattern :\
