does anyone know what the F$#% the problem was on the entrance to the bridge tonight (city side)? took me one and a half hours to get from alexandria to the beginning of the bridge. then 15 minutes from there to get home [Report message to a moderator]

I heard something about the Harbour Tunnel being closed due to water getting (plastic bags blocking up the water drains). Something like that. [Report message to a moderator]
