I just ordered some new shocks to replace the aging one's in a 1985 Toyota LiteAce Van. Just wondering before I get them what's involved in the change? I've helped someone change the rear ones before... would that be much different? I heard people talking about a spring compressor? is that needed? have i bitten off more than I can chew?? i believe your van would be a toursion bar suspension in the front end. If this is the case sipmly remove and replace shocks [Report message to a moderator]

ok... I finally got the shockers today... I'm thinking I got screwed over... but im not %100 sure... it came with just the bottom section but not the top section... Im not sure how to explain it but its missing the sleeve that normally would go over the bottom part of the shocker...
