mx83 7M-GE to 1JZGTE	Mon, 19 May 2003 03:02

Just wondering why u guys put in a 1JZGTE, surely it would be easier to just do some internal work on the 7M and then bolt on a decent turbo? i'm thinking about buying a mx83 and putting in a 1JZGTE myself, but would just like to know its advantages over turboing the 7M? you will find that if you buy a JZX81 chaser front cut the 1JZ swap will be just as easy as the 7M-GTE swap as everything from the JZX81 will bolt in and both conversions are similar in terms of wiring hassles... there is heaps of info on this site, celicamads site, southo and a few others, u just need to be persistant with the search function.
