Would a twin 3" Stainless Steel exhaust with 2.5 intake, would that be over the top???

On an NA celica? I dare say it'd be more than slightly silly!

Way over the top for an NA celica. 2", maybe 2.25" if it were reasonably modified.

Unless of course you actually want a loud droning exhaust that won't enhance power and will attract attention from all the wrong people.

i saw an integra with quad exhaust yesterday! sad thing is they were all connected Confused

'like a fart in a 44 gallon drum' Laughing

but yeah... twin 3 inch is bordering on hot 4's millenium issue... no more than about 2-2 1/4 inch for and NA celica

Most important step is to make sure the mufflers are polished - and not just any polish either, it has to be 14 times shinier than the Prime Minister's receding hairline. Why? Apparently polished stainless adds HEAPS of power - but only if the tips are big enough to harvest watermelons Cool

HAHA!! classic...

i tried to explain to a ricer-boy that any non-stainless exhaust would move gas through the exhasut just as effiently (on his ET Turbo poo-star)... but he ended trying to fight me... quite funny actually

come on guys, stop playing

a twin 3" system is just what a 95 celica needs

hell, I wish I'd put quad 3.5" pipes on my 300bhp supra... it's choking to death on the single 3" pipe.

in all seriousness though... most 1000bhp drag cars dont run anything more than a single 3 or 3.5" pipe... there's just no need for it.
and on a 95 celica, anything bigger than a 2.5" is going to sound like all those civics out there with 4" tips that rattle and buzz, and generally sound stupid.

dont disgrace your car

I should add that the most important part of your exhaust is the header.
I'd pay MUCH more attention to that.
