where to get tacho signal converter for gze Mon, 19 May 2003 11:11 Go to next message
last time i spoke to adam from haltech he said he could get me a signal converter to allow the tacho to work in my sprinter with gze but after trying to get in contact with him a few times without luck im sourcing outsider help Smile
does anyone know where to get the converter from? who else does them? also do people have problems with fluctuation of revs with these devices?

Or get Adam to send you the little diagram showing how easy it is to make one with 3 diodes, a bit of wire, and 2 minutes with a soldering iron...

that sounds like a good idea, and in my price range.
however another toymodder has just suggested to me that this method can possibly cause damage to the ignitor if it fails. is this so?
and do you have the diagram or does anyone else cause i cant get in contact with him!
