I own a 22RE and i want to put a turbo on it i am woundering what would be the best for this sort of enginee.

To turbo the engine will require a lot of work. The internals of normally aspirated engines differ (not greatly) from the turbo counterparts.

Before you make any decisions, compare your expected power output from the turbo 22r to what you may achieve from a straight engine transplant. Buying a front cut and performing such a conversion may prove infinately more reliable.
