4A-GE to 3S-GTE conversion

Can anybody help me..............I have a 4A-GE 20 valve engine in my AE101 levin.
I am thinking of doin a coversion to a 3S-GTE. I found a 3S-GTE from a ST185 GT4 celica goin cheap.
I want to know if this engine can fit in my car & what are the advantages & disadvantages of this conversion. I would also like to find out if the engine can fit on my gear box & if the removal of the drive shaft for the rear wheel connection will affect the power output of the engine

It can and has been done, but then I'd be tempted to go for a turbo'd 4agze, simply cos it's such an easy fit
