Okay...
The Diagnosis Box is located on the side of the passenger side strut tower in the engine bay... You need to short out terminals T1 and TE1 with a paper clip...
Then start the car and watch the 'engine check' light on the dash... It will flash a code...
Just for example, if the engine light flashes 5 times, then a short gap, then flashes 2 times... Then a longer gap... Then 5 times and so on... That is showing the code "52" which is the Knock Sensor...
So basically the engine light flashes a certain amount of times, then a short gap, then flashes again for a certain amount of times and then has a longer gap and then repeats over and over again...
Just a question though, Is your engine light on when you are driving???
If you need to know the codes let me know cause I have photocopied the 4AGE workshop manual ...
Do you get all of that???

If you do get a code find out what it is.Then clear it then take it for a roady and see if it comes back then youll know what is wrong , If the code doesnt come back wait a week then check it again. If it doesnt come back it was probably a loose connector but check every week.
