Would any1 have a clue were i could get the drives door window winding kit i need the hole insert because i cant wind my window up the handle just keeps spinning and you have to push it up with ya hand to lock it into place toyota wanted to charge me $179 trade price for a new one i think thats a rip and most wreckers i have been to will only sell me the hole door not just the winder:)

Have to taken the door trims off to see what has happened??
It could of just fallen off the last few teeth on the cog and u may only have to put it back on.

hi i also have a problem with mine.. but it makes a lot of crunhing sounds when i try to wind it up.. so i think the teeth are worn and its slipping on them..
Does that sound right?

i just got a price for a regulator which is the most common fault with the winders $200 trade price

Hey guys just got my hand on a brand new regulator for my window $50 they just started making after mark ones i got it from Aruthors Auto Wreackers up here in newcastle alot better price to pay then $200
