G'day
Does anyone know if the ae71 has the same front end (strut) setup as the ae86 or the xt130???

Dunno about the XT130, but it all looks the same as AE86...

front ent is the same as the ae 86 not the ke70....
s0o a 4age will fit right in ! dont know about the xt130 sorry

I have both a KE70 and AE71 and the struts are the same aswell as the brake's. I Have lowered springs from a KE70 in my AE71 that i use as my daily driver!!

the ae71s have the same as the ae86s not the ke70... ae71s also have aus spec sprinter diff,motor and gearbox. so ae71s are pretty much the same as aus spec sprinter in terms of performance. not sure on xt130 either...

they are all different.
the AE-71 has thinner struts than the sprinter. the pannelvan has the same brakes as sprinter but the sedans brakes are smaller. KE-70 i think are the same as AE-71 sedans.
Dont know about ST130, they will bolt up and are allright but it stuffs up your caster and roll centre.
i am trying to find a cheap brake upgrade so am lookin all over.

he is asking in regards to fitting the XT130 struts for the hilux 4 piston upgrade. mainly whether or not the bottom of hte strut will fit the corolla stub axle as the top corolla spring saddle can be retained.
