just cos i feel like having another car... i would like either a KE70 or an AE71... i would prefer the AE71 however.
Im not fussy on the condition, i just want one, with rego, and relatively cheaply. Thanks.

Depends what you want, as our K(A?)E70 may be up for sale soon...
Details are:
Completely externally stock KE70XX sedan
100KW 4AGE/Sprinter T50 gear-box/Sprinter clutch (sourced new and fitted in April 2002)
4-2-1 headers/2.5 inch mandrel-bent exhaust
Thermo fan
Engineered
Very much, a sleeper!
Some rust here and there...nothing structural, more cosmetic than anything else.
Interior good, but stereo is pretty ordinary. (Some cheap after-market unit which has long since passed it's use-by date...)
I also have some 14" XX Corona rims to go on it, and some 2nd-hand struts with (I think) better inserts than are currently on the car. Also, just replaced VERY noisy Borg Warner diff with quiet Borg Warner unit.
I'll be asking $3500 or so when (and if) it's offered for sale...

Hey Karl... if you have "plans" in mind for the runnabout, then take my advice and dont even bother getting the KE70 or a KE70 with an A series allready in there. gimme a call and ill let you know why the AE71 will be the better option for you.

Thanks. And yes, just thinking of my next runabout. I actually want to do a *real* conversion on it, so that's why i was thinking the *A-7* car. I had also thought of a Corona, but they are becoming too valuable, and conversions for them aren't cheap.

I'm Still looking for KE70 Prefer AE70, does not need rego, just needs to be structurally sound and little rust, anyone???
