Does anyone have the wiring diagrams/ECU pinouts for a 2JZ-GTE VVT-i manual out of a JZA80?
Cheers

I hope you're not planning on doing this yourself.
the general consensus for the late 2jz is "take it to someone who knows what they're doing"

I love that!
As apposed to the usual questions like, "Help, don't know where to put the air in the tyres????"
And, "Will a 1uz fit in my FWD corolla?, i'm planning on twin turboing it later and i'm doing it all myself"
How's your project going mate? Heard you had a hickup...

Draven, if you have the pinouts and can read a map, you're set (as you no doubt found out with the Microtech.)
Nishad, maybe someone from Supraforums might have them?

Thanks guys Thanks heaps for the vote of confidence. Appreciate it.
Paul, that's what I was going to do. But financial and more so, time (dyno tuning) restrictions are the limitation at the moment (Which is a bit silly when I really think about it... The fact that I want to do it ASAP after all this time) By the way, hearing very good things about your beast Paul. You seemed to have raised a few eyebrows
Wonder if Supraforums would be useful because most of the people deal with the US version of the motor which never had VVT-i. But doesn't hurt to ask I shall Dave, did you drop the new motor in? Hows that all going? Would love to see you on the track one of these days (as a spectator of course )
Cheers

yeah, but the microtech was *easy*, because the wiring diagrams were properly written (and labelled from pins).
all the ones I've seen of 1jz and 2jz are either schematics with no pins, or pins with 3 letter codes, most of which I have nfi what they mean
sorry for making assumptions humble
