There is supposedly a cop driving around bris in a black supra with big front mount filming people of their little street crimes!!

That would be right, because the police dont already have enough to do trying to control the populous...
May as well waste some tax payers dollars to purchase a nice car to take turns having a ride in, and b. my perosnal opinion of the content of those tapes would perhaps be 90% the gurls standing beside the car...
goes to show a good diversion is always worth the hassel..

isnt there a law saying that whenever you're being filmed you need to be aware of it? at least by a written sign otherwise it would be very sneeeky and intrusive. can it be compared to a form of perversion like spying and taking photos of people with phone cameras? i would like to think no one is above the law but it seems that some people are.

Unfortunately there isn't unless audio is being recorded  But just remember the fuzz can brake the law when it comes to doing their job
