It's a High Performance Coating for hot stuff (eg. exhaust).

I think it's ceramic based ie. good insulator, thereby reducing heat in the engine bay, but more to the point, looks awesome.

I have a very nice 18rg sitting in my garage with polished intake runners, and crappy old white extractors. It's gotta look symmetrical Razz.

As far as I know, no one does in Canberra. They will only be sending it to Melbourne for you anyone if it is really HPC.

HPC are great guys.

they accept all manner of interstate orders.
you ship them your bits with a cover letter (and a phonecall), and they'll do the job, box it up professionally, and ship it back. you can choose either COD or pay by credit card over the phone.

i know it sounds like an add, but i was really impressed with their service (not that i ended up getting anything coated!)

Check out their web site at hpcoatings.com.au. As previously mentioned they do offer interstate service through Australia Post(provided your parcel is within certain dimensions for size and mass) or TNT.

Hey Trent,

I'll back up Ed MA61's comments. They are very professional and do a great job. I had my 4AG headers done by them about 4-5 years ago. They never missed a beat.

I will be getting some other parts done by them very shortly.

The other closer option is Jet Hot Coatings in Sydney. I've not had anything to do with them but a friend has and seemed happy with their service.
