hey man,
i am from the sunshine coast as well. Do you go out at all as i haven't seen your car around? I drive a white 88 soarer. What sort of engine mods do you have besides the ones mentioned? I will tell any of my friends that may be interested. Also, you should probably blank out your rego. if you are going to put pics on the net.

everyone blanks out thier rego why is that
when selling a car you should give the rego and all the car details so people can run the checks on it
sorry that this is unrelated but i just wanted to know why. Is it due to potential impersonation infront of a speed camera?
anyways good luck with the sale

well i think its a base of security.. there is some serious buyers who want to look futher into car.. then you have the car theifs. so if you advertised the car and everything its got.. you might wake up and its gone or had be broken into.
id only give out the rego and other id's strictly to serious buyers who want to run background checks.

I relation to the number plate if some one want to use your number plate they just have to go to a shopping centre or car yard and copy one.
But thanks for the head up.

Engine mods, i had Brisbane Turbo and Tunning do a stage 2 modifications which was about $1800, where they did new fule lines to supply more fule, modifyed the "BOV", Exhaust and a few other thing they wouldn't tell me about but it mad a nice differance down low. Then about 9 months ago i had a guy on the Sunshine Coast fit and tune the Wolf 3D. Both times it was dynoed. The scary thing is that i loose 50% of my power through my Auto Gearbox.

hey,
sorry to be skeptical but by saying you have 340 kws at the engine and lose 50% through transmission means you have approx 170 kilowatts at the rear. How is it possible to tell whether you have suffered a 50% power loss through transmission without taking your motor out and testin the power of it by itself. how is it most soarer owners like evey other car would only lose about 30% power from the fly to the wheels? My car has about 225 rw kws and id guess it to be about 300 kilowatts at the motor and that with a FMIC,EMS and upgraded turbos. The way you come on sayin 340 kws everyone is thinkin your doing 12's where a soarer of your power would be doing low 14s. The way you figure it me having 225 rwkws means my engine would be pushing 400+ kilowatts and i doubt stock injectors would be enough for that

When we ran it on the dyno Standard form at Brisbane Turbo and Tunning it put out 141hp at the wheels, they also have done other soarers that put out the same or 137hp at wheels. Unless they were giving me a bum steer?? After they had done mods the report says 203HP @ 104KPH at wheels. I have been told that it is the same gear box as a Toyota Landcruiser PRADO.

Previously I have called back and asked the guy and still recived the same answer? I would like to know the correct answer.
I have also recently serviced the auto transmision and it dose feel a hell lot better than when i had it dynoed. This might of cause some power loss?? I wouldn't expect much though.

Hi - long time reader, first time poster
Um - Us over at the ALSC forum are having a pretty good laugh at this one (no offence intended) but we reakon you must be putting at least 220 RWKW - Unless you ment Horsepower in your original post? Then you are putting out a more Believable 172RWKW
You original dyno MUST have been in KW NOT Hp - becuase your original dyno is putting about 100rwkw out - which is less than the 3L NA soarer.
Stock TT ~ 140 odd RWKW (185 odd RWHP) depending on Dyno etc
After ya extensive mods it would be a shame to put out about 150RWKM - a 10KW gain!
Cheers and good luck with the sale
