hey i asked this a while back but i need to know for certain.
the 20v gearbox's have an electronic speedo drive in them. i've been told that i can just replace it with a mechanical one... if this is true.... a mechanical speedo drive from what?
.... ae82 gearbox?

please help as i'm going for a blue slip on thursday and it would be handy to have a working speedo!

im pretty sure the carby one will do
its only one 12mm bolt to remove it
so just pull them both out and compare
but from past carby jobs ive done to efi they do interchange
