Well as im expexting most of you guys will say go efi
but im just wondering if it is possible to supercharge a carbie driven engine.
I know that there are kits for 202's with holleys.
they use a toyota supercharger.
anyway im wondering if it would be possible to supercharge my 4m 6cyl its got a 350 holley extractors and exaust.
It goes hard and sounds lumpy as. But im wondering what i can do to make it go harder.
of course you can supercharge carburetted engines...
the only problem is a intercoolering is an impossibility, i.e trying to cool the A/F mixure without condensing it, water/methanol injection works just as well as an intercooler, but is a prick to fit unless you've got a kit designed especialy to fit your car
that being said, you wouldnt want to run big psi...
there are lots of better points of going EFI, but the amount spent on dyno tuning and such just wouldnt be worth it IMO
