what sort of horsepower does the first series 2tg put out with twin 40mm carbs.

The second series of 2TG (head number #222) put the most power out from factory, about 124hp at the flywheel. The first series had higher compression and longer duration cams but smaller valves, and was supposed to put out a little less power than the second series. Checkout this site for more info-
