He's running stock 1jz-gte toyota computer after upgrading his turbo to a T-78!
The fueling mods he must have are fuel pump, and (probably) injectors. He seems to control the whole lot with the (Old style) Apexi-AFC and fuel pressure regulator.
I guess you don't NEED aftermarket management to run huge turbos, but he's probably not making a whole lot of power he could have (especially with the nitrous).

I'd say that he's not so much holding back his top end power figure, but with the sized injectors required to make that sort of grunt and fuelling only modified by a crude interceptor, my guess is it'd run like a filthy black-smoking, rough, fuel pouring pig at anything other than full throttle, 5000+rpm, which is when you'd hafta get both paws on the wheel
