Whoops , change that to a 12 pin dash connector for a AE92 SX , I don't really care what car it comes from as long as it works for my application.

Might have one soon out of an AE82 hatch or AE82 TwinCam. Am doing a swap but have yet to see how much loom I need to swap over as going from carby to EFI. So I don't know which one I can remove as yet.

Could be a couple of weeks yet. Just started pulling the loom out of the Twinky to compare it to the hatch. There's a lot of wire in there. If I can transfer the loom over and still use the hatch with the carby for a while, I can do that first. Should only need some of the EFI's connectors but I don't know if there's enough there to run carby. Anybody know if I can use an EFI loom with a carby engine ?

scorps: the body loom is seperate to the engine loom, you shouldnt need the body loom unless you are transfering the cluster over,

what ever ya do dont cut the engine loom,

I've got the dash out and the loom coonnects the instrument cluster to the computer and then on into the engine bay with all the efi do-dads in there. I haven't found a break in the loom yet but I have to pull the blower out to see if anything happens near the firewall. I am swapping the cluster over but I don't think that's the problem. I was hoping that the computer would be an add-on to the loom but so far it's all continuous. I'll get a chance tomorrow afternoon to pursue it further.
