Short shifter for R154?

Anyone have one of these or know who makes them? I'm talking about raising the fulcrum point for a shorter shift with the same length lever, not just cutting the lever short.
Cheers,
Chris

If you want to know the heights of the shifter, that raise the fulcrum point let me know. I thinking of getting a couple made up with an even higher fulcrum point which will work sweet.

I made a short shifter for my W box not that long ago, pretty easy and it works a treat. I gather R154 shifters are pretty similiar?

I was told that the c's shifter is the perfect length for that box in the shifters standard form. They say the box itself is unable to cope with a quicker shift. I actually have a c's shifter with a shortened stick, so it'll be interesting to see if this theory is true. No that the shorter stick will make it a quicker shift, but fark; you wouldn't want to make it any shorter!
