Okies my autobox seems to have gone... if it's too serious Im considering getting a 6spd is200 gearbox.
.T. and bill sherwood do you still have the 6spd for sale?
what does it include?
Besides the 6spd off the IS200 what would be an easy fit into my IS200? Any recommendations?

What actually is required for a full manual conversion?
The service manager said i'll be looking to change the ECUs pedal cluster and tail shaft. So is it better to fix the auto box and beef it up?? Anyone know if there is a half cut for the 6spd is200 for sale?

Getting your auto fixed/replaced will almost certainly be cheaper than doing a manual conversion, so I wouldn't attempt this unless you really want a manual. You will need the following to do the conversion:
- transmission
- transmission crossmember
- new/modified tailshaft (different length, possibly different yoke)
- flywheel
- clutch
- pedal box
- clutch master cylinder and hydraulic lines
- possibly a manual ECU, but you may not have to do this (I didn't have to with my 2JZ-GTE).
As for other transmissions, you should be able to use a W58 5-speed from an earlier 1G engine.

Yep, it's still for sale. It's just the box as that's all I got when I bought it.
