ok i need to know what type of turbo this is and as many details as anyone can tell me about it , it supposedly comes off a Nissan of some sort..

Looks like a Hitachi from a 13B turbo.(RX-7 s4-5)

from what i have found so far its a Hitachi HT-15B that came on a 3.5L Nissan Turbo diesel engine of some sort
thats all i can find so far

A lot of the turbos used on Nissan engines are Garrett technology but built by Hitachi. You'll probably find its one of these. Failing that, maybe you should check out some of the 4x4 websites, to find out which 3.5l turbo diesel Nissan made.
