Anyone wanna go to the Blacktown RSL this saturday night (5th July)? Just go and have a drink and chat kinda thing.
Is it the blacktown RSL in the middle of blacktown (kinda next to the station)?

Blacktown RSL normally have a good band/DJ upstairs on Friday/Sat night... well at least the used to.... i haven';t been there in a long time tho.
Suggestion tho... If one is prone to hangovers... maybe tooo much arm bending is not recomemded B4 dyno day.

I don't reccomend getting drunk at all (I'm planning on getting up early), just get together for a social thing before the big day.

I'm a member of the Worker's club, but not RSL, & I live within walking distance of both.

Does that mean we can walk back to your place to crash the night?
I don't know anyone who is a member, so we'll need to find you someone. I'm out of range, so don't need it.
Might even use my mobile as a contact for the night.
Girlfriends are also welcome (so no one gets in trouble!)

Except that I have to be up near Gosford by 5:45AM because I'm involved with the rally this weekend.
Depending on how late Saturday goes, it may end up being an early night anyway.
I'm about 20mins walk, but its a longer when you stagger!

OK I've found someone (or a few people) that can sign people in. They'll come along and have a few drinks too. He also suggested that there will be a band playing. And as I write this post Lucid has said James Reyne.
