G'day all
Just wanted to know if Extractors are avaliable for the 7MGE. If ppl have them are they custom jbs or can you buy them right off the shelf?? if you can where from???
Also i know that the GTE has head gasket issue's goes the Ge suffer aswell.

You certainly used to be able to get extractors for the 7MGE. Ed had a set. Of course, they would be bent to fit in a MA70/MX83. Assuming you wanted to slot them into an early model Crown, you may run into some clearance issues - best bet is to try them and see.
By the way, there isn't too much wrong with the original cast manifold. Just get the twin engine pipes made to match the outlets of the manifold, and make them around 600 mm long, and join them into a 2.25" collector.
The GE is prone to the same HG issues as well.

No, no 2JZ GTE yet!!! but a 7M will increase the fun factor a little bit. Now I might have a car that has enough power to keep up and to keep a few things honest. But I say this

Where are you buying your 2JZ's from?? The prices I've seen lately are $3.5k for an auto front cut, and $6k for a 6-speed front cut.
