Whats ya favourite muffler?

I'm looking for a muffler to replace my useless one. It has to be 3 inch (3.5 maybe??), straight through, but not round OR shiny - I don't want to spend $600 on a sausage roll that hangs down like dogs balls - I want something at a SENSIBLE price that doesn't have any wank factor to it. Suggestions on brands that you might have been happy with, please?

I got a nice oval one on my supra. doesn't draw any looks, quiet at idle, loud + pretty good flow at high rpm
no idea on the brand tho, I'll have a look tomorrow

I'm getting a stainless Magnaflow muffler for mine. A friend recommended them to me for being good value for money, but I haven't actually gone and checked them out yet price wise.

magnaflow makes some nice pieces, fully welded stainless. If you don't want attention paint it black, i see a red car and i want it painted black.....

NOT my Supercat 3" straight through, it has shite resonance qualities, and doesnt seem to cut much noise either. I'm not really impressed by the 3" Lukey resonator either, it did little to fix the problem.
Please let me know if you find a good 3" for a reasonable price! (<$300)

Yah, I've got a 3" Redback, it's about 2 thirds of stuff all use at cutting noise
