Anyone else see the article in today's drive about the Japanese auction thingy?

Anyone have a close look at the monitors?

Anyone else think that that's a white Silly Car?!

For the second %*#$& dyno day in a row, I slept in. Sad
By the time I woke up, I had no time to go. Still had to return stuff that I'd borrowed for the engagement party. Sad
Damn pissed that I couldn't go. Sad

Correct me if I'm wrong but "Drive" is the section of The Sydney Morning Herald newspaper...

It's in Friday's Sydney Morning Herald. I would've thought that it would be in the Western Australian variant?

But it'd made no sense for them to have to create a second branding for the same thing...

Well, no sense in my non-marketing mind at least.

Yeah but we don't get the SMH here so we don't really have to worry about them marketing it here as a different name Smile

Drive is a liftout section of the SMH, it's basically a newspaper of its own.
In my mind, I wouldn't have thought it'd take too much brainpower to just stick that in the WA version of the SMH also.... Without renaming/rebranding it.
That way, you get value-add for the WA paper without much effort.

WA version of the SMH? You mean the West Australian? 10 to 1 says they ain't owned by the same people, so that wouldn't work.

Methinks that it'd be highly unlikely that whoever owns the SMH would not have a presence in WA.
