Oil pressure, water temp gauges	Fri, 04 July 2003 06:49

just making sure if these are the right locations.. i've found where the water temp gauge would connect upto theres this small nut on the bluetop block. unscrewed it and water/coolant came out.. its mid left of the block. to the left of it, it has a singal wire sender to which i assume is the oil light? would the oil pressure gauge replace that? nah the temp gauge connects to the top outlet (that goes into the head dude) - i just searched on the same thing no shit. the big pic is here : http://www.vhtracing.com/starlet/tth2misc.htm look at that pic it sorta shows ya the oil pressure sender sits next to that thing where the coolant came out of on the passenger side of the block. ohhh i see it now the water temp one nw.. im still alittle sketchy on the oil.. im using a mechanical not electric type it uses a hose [Report message to a moderator]
