someone told me ct20's arent rebuildable because they are ceramic turbo's, is this true?

CT20's are not ceramic (if your talking about a 3TGTE) and are rebuildable, but why would you? There undersized and inefficient, probably toyota's first attempt at a production turbocharger for petrol engines.

Use a Supra CT26 instead.
