Odyssey Batteries Sun, 20 July 2003 06:11 Go to next message
Hello
I need a new battery and i want to get an odyssey battery. Does anyone use one in a sprinter. What size should i get. I want the smallest one that will crank over the engine on a cold day. Where should i buy from? How much are they, i think about $200.

I was looking at them yesterday, actually. $200 will get you a little fella that should start your engine unless there's something really nasty going on - and it'd fit under your seat. Very Happy

I dont want a big battery i want a small one. I will probable mount it behind the back seat near the shock tower.

Freak a 800cca oddyssey is prity small in size compared to a normal battery.
170mm x 170mm and about 140mm to the top of the terminals.

i have had one in the mr2 since 1998.

Mate the ES12v650 odyssey battery is perfect for the sprinter, its tiny and has enough power to start the engine and run a stereo.
Should cost about $250-300

Thanks
