if your looking for something el cheapo to hold a bare block, i picked up an engine stand for $40, go to your local cheapass tool store, mine holds my spare 1G no probs.

but if your gonna be holding your fully laiden 5M-onster, it'll be probably be better to spend a little more.

heya rob, hows things?...

dude, have you picked up a 5m block w/ crank, rods and pistons..SHITE!!

anyway. am after a proper one to work on downstairs. $200 new or there abouts, so im hoping for about $80... ???

OR if anyone has one sitting around that i can borrow for 6 months. ill give you some cash for the privalege.

Ed, I'll give you a call tonight. That one that's holding the 5M was $90 from Repco. It doesn't look like breaking. Yet. I hope. Grin
