G'day

I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how hard/easy the conversion is to go from drums to discs providing i have the hub, caliper, disc and handbrake cable...(for the disc brake)
what other work is required in the conversion?
i am using standard ae92 rear discs

any feedback appreciated!

i am confused about suspension arms, whether i'll need to change them because they are different..
but i will need to change the brake lines?
