OK, i've taken a good look for some stamp marks and it turns out they are reground stock cams with added lift and duration.

Apparently its extremly hard to make such a camshaft from scratch due to the complications of the VVT sprocket (if you want to retain the VVT)

I have attached photo's of them.. you can make out the extra lift and duration.

when you said they were tighe cams i realised they are re-made!!!!. yes, you are correct the pic shows how they are welded up, however it give no clues on lift as the base circle has probably been reground a little also. tighe stamps a number on the end of the back bearing journal. can you give me a phone contact for the guy who actually used them so i can find out about shim problems and where they did/did-not work. I have cash waiting. thanks

Yes, some specs would be nice, duration and lift. That way I can work out clearances to determine whether head mods are needed to fit the cams.

I'm interested if they are direct bolt in one with no mods.
