just a fairly simple question
Its time to change the plugs in my 6M, and I'm just looking for suggestions on the best performance plug you guys recommend
Last time i put in NGK's and was pretty happy with em, but I'm just wondering if you guys would recommend a better/hotter plug or something.
Engine is stock, and well serviced. Its going to go turbo, but not till end of the year, so nevermind that now.
Also, for my application does it really matter what quality of pod filter I buy? will a $60 one work just as well as a fasncy brand name one for me?
Thanks in advance
Dan

Well in my opinion, I just go NGK copper. Because I use octane boost, the plugs foul after 2000k's anyway. So copper is cheaper.
I used to use NGK Irridium, I found them pretty good.

you want to run hotter or colder? what temp is it now?
my rolla has 5 plugs recommended, and i've tried 6 and 7's, but 6's seem to foul least. (NGKBP6ES or Y, the Y's have a groove in the centre electrode and may be a little better if your ignition is not up to scratch)
if your plugs foul with carbon, go hotter (ie lower number) if they look overheated, get colder...

ok cheers guys, NGK seems the way to go again then
i might try something a bit hotter though, temp never reaches half as it is now, (whatever half is)
