Recommended plugs for 1GGTE (Grant?)

Hey guys,
This has sorta been covered before, but there was only one real reply and the topic was a bit broad so here goes.
What plugs should I be using for my 1GGTEU? The plugs in it originally were Splitfire Triple Platinum's with 8.8mm Splitfire leads. I'll be retaining the leads, but the plugs are too $$$.
My car has a larger front-mounted intercooler, Blitz high-flowed CT12's, a pod filter and a cold air feed.
Later on it will receive Celicamad's boost controller.
As I don't know, what spark plugs should I be using? I was thinking NGK, but I also don't know which part number. Any idea?
Thanks,
Nathan

The question has been asked a few times, but there was only one answer, looking for a couple more:
NGK BCPR6EP-N-8

I'll have a look in the engine manual tonight. I also have a Japanese performance plug book with all the engines listed. I'll check that as well.

Champion Gold plugs - or something that will fit your engine from the champion gold range. Not very expensive at all and will keep up with most if not all of the over priced triple platinum, chrome tip, tested in outer space by NASA (mmmmm) plugs on the market.
2 cents and counting

I use Denso K20PRU11 in my 3SGTE I have also fitted these to a couple of 4AGTE's , 1GGTE , RB25 and have no trouble , I run over 30 psi in the 3SGTE and these plug dont miss a beat , all these so called platinum and iridium performance plugs shit there self as soon as you try to pump any boost into your motor , Go Denso and there only about $3 each .
