Spark Plub Indexing Ring Help Sun, 07 July 2002 08:05 Go to next message
Just wanted to hear from people who have experience with Spark Plug indexing and using Indexing rings.

On the packet it says I have to remove the spark plug gasket. What is the reason for this?

If I really do have to remove the gasket, is there an easy way to do it?

We've tried it on a Suzuki Gti twin-cam engine and it was a waste of time. No benefit at all.

I'm keen to try those indexing washers,
where did you get them from?

Just strip a thick wire cut it long enough to fit around the plug and twisted before you put it on...i think it works really good does the same thing as the washers and best of all ...comes for free....cheers. Up To Something
