I know they're safe to at least 12psi, or wherever factory fuel cut occurs anwyay.

will soon tell on the dyno! stock injectors are good for about 400hp apparently!
If the duty cycle gets too high before that the pump is runing out of balls one would say!

Defintly interested to know for shure tho! and what ecu are you going to run? the Haltech E11 looks good just wondering if it can deal with the 7M ignitor tho!

If your gonna run an aftermarket computer, looking into getting a Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator (RRFPR). With higher fuel pressure, your injectors can go beyond their duty cycle.

And watch it very carefully when tuning.

A friend (Norbie, I'm talking about Danny) has 247 rwkW from his MA70, and if he has replaced the pump it has only been recently. He was certainly running figures in excess of 200rwkW on the pump, I am just unsure if it was replaced when he got his latest tune done.

Personally, though, I would replace the fuel pump as a matter of course when undertaking modifications on a car, particularly a turbo one.

Detonation is not thy friend.

sorta right there the injectors flow more for a given duty cycle when you raise the fuel pressure
NEVER go more then 95% duty cycle its bad for your injectors! also be carefull bumping the pressure up on 15year old fuel lines last thing you want is an engine fire on the dyno!

should've been "your injectors can go beyond their standard flow"

fyi: At the moment my injectors are running at about 60% duty cycle on full load. With standard fuel pressure its around 85-95% duty cycle.

I was looking at Wolf, I have previously used wolf in my supercharged ute & my dad uses one in his turbo celica and I am quite happy with them. What I might do is run it on the dyno and slowly increase the boost and see what the injectors and fuel pump can handle before it leans off... What is the main purpose of a rising rate fuel regulator? Cheers to all.
