Ra21 4 link compared to GTS AE86 4 link?

I've heard the Ra21 4 link rear suspension is identical to the AE86 4 link. Can anyone confirm this? The reason I ask is that I'm looking at some rear coil-overs that are made for the AE86 and wondering if they will fit in my Ra21 without much trouble.
They are hung the same but the mounting points are different I think also where the shocks go into the body the spacing is different as well. There is no room for coil over adjustable in the ra21 shock well.
